Terms & Conditions

All food items require 1 day of production and will be available the following day - estimated lead time is 2 days on all orders.

Weekly meal packages are offered as a one-time purchase, or as a weekly subscription.

When a subscription is placed, your selected menu will remain the same unless you modify your account: your menu will update on the next billing cycle. In the event a menu item is not available due to a menu change without an updated subscription, meals will be replaced at the company's discretion. 

You will receive a call or text with an estimated delivery time when your meals are en route.

We gladly accept any of our used containers, as long as they are not broken/ damaged, as part of our recycling plan to reduce the impact on the environment. We ask that you rinse them out at the very least, thank you!
